Soul:To become a soul, get killed by a hollow and say no to the hollow question, and yes to the soul question.
Hollow:To become a hollow, get killed by a hollow and say yes to the hollow question
Shinigami:To become a shinigami, you must be a soul, then go to the Shinigami academy in the Soul Society [Lvl 100]
Captain-Class Shinigami:To become a Captain-Class, you must first be a soul, then you must find the teacher in the Soul Society [Lvl 500, and location is disclosed :D, you will also acquire bankai faster as a captain class and get a bigger stat boost when you turn into one.]
Bounto: To become a Bounto, you must be a human and talk to Rantao
Quincy: To become a Quincy, you must be a human and talk to the Quincy Veteran in the Quincy Tower
Arrancar: To become an Arrancar, you must be either a Gillian, Adjuchas, or Vasto Lorde, then talk to Aizen in Hueco Mundo
Vaizard/Inner Hollow: To become these, you must take the Urahara test and either pass or fail [must be a shinigami or captain-class and lvl 650 or up]

The staff of SKS believes that people should rank games only if they love the game and think it deserves to be ranked, and as a result we do not offer rank bonuses. It is important to us that we obtain an honest, fair rank and that our work is gauged and evaluated with integrity; we are against the unfair ranking that rank boosts cause.
Because we do not offer ranking bonuses, it is obvious that our rank truly reflects the success and quality of our game, and it shows that we did not have to resort to bribing our players to get to where we are today. All the same, we hope our players will rank our game to support us, but only if they feel we deserve it and if they love our game; not because they were offered cheap in-game advantages.
