Don't expect to get everything instantly like all those other dragon ball games. This is an actual role-playing game, skills are very important, power gain is not ridiculously high, forms like "Super Saiyan" are extremely powerful and extremely hard to attain because, just like the show, they are supposed to be legendary forms, not everyone got them 3.2 seconds after being "born". Nothing in this game is like any of the others, so drop any preconceptions or you will just be even more confused.
