General Rule Areas:

1.)Do not ask for the bleach source, or you will be taken away from the game by a ban or (ignored)
2.)DO NOT insult a GM
(unless they did something wrong to you,
such as disrespect)
(Boot is necessary, if it continues,
boot again,
if it goes on the third time and none stop, please ban them for a limited
amount of time)
3.)Do not ask to be Coded in or ask
for GM.
You will have to post in the forums sadly,
we are looking kind of,
but we need to sort things out first
4.)No killing in
hospital or safe zone spots
5.)No insulting
the players.
6.)No advertising,
it is disrespectful to the owner,
and the players.
(such as games)
7.)Don't cuss out a gm
(unless they did something wrong,
report it to the owners and gms.)
8.)Be careful
to not attack in the safe zone(SZ),
that's Safe killing and could result
in one boot and a warning,
but that isn't like we would ban you.
we will kindly limit
the boot fracturing.
9.)Do not talk badly about people in the game
and go calling someone
off for no reason
10.)AFK training can be allowed, but do not go over
the limit of 1hour,
or if you want to stop,
and just stand there afk
that's fine,
just do not afk train over night.
11.)Please filter the cussing,
sometimes it goes off way too much and when little kids are around,
I would at least say please
keep calm and nicely back
away from an argument if necessary.
12.)We cannot change your zanpakutous,
due to the fact that if we did that,
then you'd have to remake
cause that just bugs your
using of your shikai and bankai
if you have a bankai user character's Zan.
13.)Bug abusing is not allowed in this
game and you could be punished
(no ban, maybe a wipe)
14.)You may have bleach Character Names
15.)You are able to ask the gms to change your
default Say picture<3
Becareful do not have any bad pictures such as nudity or that can be changed,
by a random character
or something else that is appropriate.
16.)You will get a family in a game randomly,
some are good, some are bad,
so we are going to heighten the meno's
and hollows stats,
so when you are new,
you can get killed and become a hollow in order to obtain Arrancar if you like
"Espada" so much that you want their ressurections.

GM Rules
Read these carefully to understand GMS!.
1.)Do not abuse your GM powers or you will be
stripped of your rights and
a consequence you'll never
get them back.
2.)Do not ban, please limit the bans,
because that can rank us badly for the Banings,
we've encountered alot of disrespectful
gm's so we had to limit the gm's
(Nyheat was one cause and a few
others we hated)
3.)You must respect all who are not GM
and be kind such as Saya,
she rarely gets mad,
so don't go blabing about how you need something when we already
have given it to you.
If you were taken off gm because of bad abusing,
then you will most likely never
get your GM back at all.
4.)You must help any player that
are in need of help.
5.)Be faithful to the Main owner Saya,
and make sure not to go
banning and booting without
her consent or boot,
if necessary.
6.)Do not go cussing at the players,
or Saya will get mad at you.
7.) I STRICTLY PROHIBIT GM'S GIVING TOURNIES
WITH THE TOURNAMENT
VERBS(GM's will be resulted to
a ban for a day or warned)
because servers go down due to
the tournament hosting and
people who just joined.
8.) NO Lazing around or you
could be fired on the spot
for not helping a player,
that's why you
are GM, BECAUSE YOU
WANT TO help the players
find their ways and not go off
without helping someone,
players can get very upset.

Race Leader Rank Rules:
You are ready aren't you?
1)You are to
be at a certain level,
and if you are strong enough,
you can be able to
take care of that rank
race leader that's leading you,
so you can take
their spot in order
to become the leader
of your own race.
Ain't that fantastic.
So are you ready?
2)If here is no race
leader you will be
automatically taken into leader.
If there's a leader
when you check the
scoreboard for your race,
then you will be required
to wait for the race
leader to battle them
for their spot.
3)Race leaders and also the ones challenging the race leaders cannot,
I REPEAT;
cannot use Grand Ray cero
or 100X cero
(meaning vaizards for 100x cero)
and grandray for the espadas,
which is illegal in battling the
opponents in tournaments and
Rank spot battles!
(even if you are challenged this is prohibited to not be used at all times
during ranked battles,
tournies,or fun battles in the arena.)
you may be disqualified,
and can try again in an hour.
4)The new race leaders have 3 days
of protection and cannot be challenged, currently this is because
they need to get the hang of the
new Leader they've become and get
stronger to lead all the ranks and
recruit the people in their ranks such
as vaizards can become a number
and espada can become
a number and recruit fraccion.
Espada: please limit your
fraccion to the character
you have right now,
if you were szayel,
then we ca maybe change
your name to the character's
name and we can have original
named espada.
you can keep your
original name if you like.
5)Race leaders can challenge
4 times a day, one hour to
rest after one
battle of rank take overs.
The opponent must be the
same race as you,
and over 1+e007 or at it.
6)If the leader is
gone for 2 days,
then the people wanting
the spot will have to to
battle each other for it
to see who is the
strongest to take
over the leader, the leader
that was gone,
will be taken off leadership,
and become a rogue

Ur problem appears quite often.
Its the same as saying your NAT is strict. Your network does not allow other people to interfeer with your network(in low details). You can port forward your router to get it gone.
Implaying how you know how to host really just explains how idiotic people think now days. How is hosting so hard anyways? Telling and commenting on game hubs that you know how to host doesn't make you get the environment files. (Talking to the guys in general...)
So, even if you can host, there is no way on earth that a game that already has a stable host will get a new one. If there was any need of an host for a game at all, im sure it would be announced somewhere.
