Kage is currently unobtainable but will be as of the BETA update, Kage only grants you access to the Kage den and the Village Meeting point, you will also have the verb to vote for a Chuunin (All villages must vote for their to be a Chuunin) Form and Alliance, target as an enemy and build more structures. In the BETA update we are planning on adding destructable buildings so let's say there is a Village war and Sand attacks Leaf, Sand could destroy all of the Buildings in leaf leaving them without resources and the only way to re-build these is for the Kage to buy them again.
