Rules
1. No spawn kills pl0x. Results in a 3 warning dehn ban.
2. Don't abuse bugs. It gets boring for a while and then well it fades okay? Plus bugs are for nubs.
3. I'm okay with the insults, but don't overdo it. Meaning, 'Yo mama' jokes are fine. just don't swear.
4. Less public affection pl0x.
5. No begging for ranks. Meaning Jounin, Anbu and GM. GM events are gonna be held whenever a GM or the owner, "ME!" are on. And asking for village ranks is your Kages job. If there no Kage, then fight for it or ask someone.
6. Dont attempt killing NPCs or GMs. GMs are gonna have uber HP and killing NPCs is like poor. Its just like you're trying to be weak. Go kill a player.
7. There WILL be a time-out police. It sounds dumb, but believe me, ITS WORTH IT! Don't try logging out either because it'll result in a ban.
GM Rules
1. No crazy killing sprees. Unless it PLAYER season. Player season is when the owner announce it to be.
2. No renaming other GMs, its annoying and no one likes it.
3. No random summon.
4. No skin changes whenever its forced.
5. No announcing things that are rashly dumb. Like "OMFG! I HAD MY PERIOD!!!!" Well, that'd be interesting, but keep it in GM ooc or say verb.
6. Don't abuse verbs, reasons for bans, dont edit friends unless they're GMs.

Important Notes
Jutsus are automatically obtained by training, meaning there are no teachers.
Sensei pplz are pretty much Jounins. Teah your genin.(NOTE)The sensei verb is not yet found. We still need the original creator to give us some of the Shipuuden features.
When the owner returns, features like Popo(Police outfits :3) and sensei and like everything else will return.
There are NEVER pwipes. Even if my computer somehow gets wiped, I have an extra file. The extra file holds uhhh, old player files. I might update it every now and then.
Events might be held if the place was more populated.
We don't have a couple system, but if you have a 'fiance' or a 'girlfriend' (just RPing here.) then we'll provide you with shelter. If its like a fiance or a wifey, then its gonna be a mansion. Im not talking about the crusty old leaf mansion village thingy, I'm talking about a bed, summon scrolls, clothes and a pet.

3. Find the bunny.
4. Hide and kill.(All players entered are suped down to 1 health for easier killage)
5. Random pick (I put a bunch of players names in a hat or cup w/e. Make a youtube vid of who gets the "ULTIMATE PRIZE" and then yeah, winner gets it)
6. Last, but not least, GM Carnage. Its when we summon you to one place. Get to home base before we kill you. If no one is left, last man dead wins.
