Rules are simple no asking/telling jutsu in ooc. The only acceptions are shadow clone transformation and substitution. Respect everyone, staff and players. No multikeying Their is alot of work to do to make this game more fun so for right now just train learn jutsu and have fun for now. Rank if you want boost. There will be alot of changes some may stay some some may not.  |
