2.only 3 sannins are allowed in each village.
3.only 1 ANBU-CAP is allowed in each village.
4.only 12 ANBU are allowed in each village.
5.Sannin,ANBU-CAP,or Anbu,get to pick 1 custom jutsu from the list.Sannins need to be made ANBU first to recieve both jutsus.Dont abuse or YOU WILL LOSE UR KAGESHIP!!!

GM RULES
1. No summoning NPCs.
2. No forcing any rules on players other then ones listed above.
3. No using GM teleport or summon to PK.
4. No banning or jailing just because someone PKed you.
5.DO UR JOB.U will lose ur position if u abuse it.
