=What Makes a Good GM=


(GM Talk)(Squad 6 Capitan Ketsu Kuchiki: A good GM is'nt based soley on exp. its based upon Character Respect and knowledge, if you have never played a naruto game before you probly shouldn't apply for GM, Just becuase u were gm on a bunch of games that flunked out dont mean u have exp. to have exp means u have been a GM on the same game for a long period of time, for example my friend (name not used for privacy protection) he has been GM on like 1 or 2 games but has like 2 years exp. on both. but another friend of mine (name not used for privacy protection) has been Gm on a bunch of games that flunked out at he sucks. , as for the respect aspect, for instance if a higher rank Gm says to do something you do it out of respect for there rank. none of my GM's question each others authority or else there fired. Gm's have to get along with 1 another in order for a game to work correctly and function smoothly if there always fighting players may get dragged into it and it could ruin the game for them, onto the subject of abuse..... alright look every 1 abuses at some point in time, Good GM's admit it and try to do it less, bad GM's will just deny it and argue about it onto the subject of special treatment... okay look you cant treat your friends special just cause there your friends... i meen hey are you gonna walk up to your best friend tommorow and hand him $500 no i dont think so. This is my opinion of what makes a good GM )
