Ajedrez

It is ajedrez [chess], with a few extra features that do not effect gameplay.

Piece Movement:
  Pawn- Moves foward, one space at a time. If it is the pawn's first move, it can move foward two spaces. Pawns can capture pieces by moving diagonally foward, if a piece of your opponent is in one of the diagonal spaces. Pawn En Passant is a special way of your pawn capturing your opponents pawn. When your pawn is on the fifth row and your opponent advances their pawn two squares and lands beside you, you can move diagonally foward to capture that pawn just as if the pawn had only moved foward one space.
  Rook- Moves horizontally and vertically and can capture an opponent's piece in direct sight of its capable movement. You can move your king two spaces toward this piece and castle when neither of the pieces have previously moved, the king is in check, or passes through a check and the king is in clear sight of this piece.
  Knight- Moves two spaces horizontally or vertically, and then one space perpendicular to the previous movement. This movement should make a L formation. Can capture a piece if an opponent's piece by ending your movement on it. The knight cannot be blocked if a piece is in the way, it can be blocked if your piece is on the square you move to.
  Bishop- Moves only diagonally and can capture an opponent's piece in direct sight of its capable movement.
  Queen- Moves diagonally, horizontally, and vertically and can capture an opponent's piece in direct sight of its capable movement.
  King- Moves only one space at a time diagonally, horizontally, and vertically and can capture an opponent's piece in direct sight of its capable movement. This piece must stay alive for your game to continue. You can move this piece two spaces toward a rook and castle when neither of the pieces have previously moved, the king is in check, or passes through a check and is in clear sight of the rook.
