3.Don't kill at yamcha, or yamcha will kill at you
4.Don't ask for GM or for them to Edit you, or i will spank them
5. ask for gm in fourms only!
6. no multikeyying, because i cant multitask and it upsets me :(
7. dont ask for your stats from other servers, this is my place, thats your place

Gm Rules:
Don't Boost people or Promote Gm's for no reson=BAN
Don't Demote Gm's for no reson=BAN
Don't Use too many Gm verbs with no reson=boot
Don't Edit people for no reson=you lost your gm!Don't kill owner me Zeop or Rushnut with no reson, unless rushnut goes crazy =D
Owners and CO-Owners can do anything not GM's
