An Elysium 2 Rip with a lot of changes. I'm not sure how many updates will be put in, but hopefully not many PWIPEs will happen. I hope everyone has fun.

Rules for Everyone

1. No Spamming!- mute,boot,ban
2. No MultiKeying!- warnning,boot,ban
3. No killing or attacking in these areas(Unless they have Dragon Balls): -boot,ban
1.In the Same Bulding/or Near Yamcha, Barber, Popo, Videl, or Shopkeeper
2.Spawn Point(If an admin sees you kill or attack someone in spawn point it's SZ)
3.Any Gravity Areas(HBTC & Grav Room)
4.Spirit World!

4. No Swearing!- 60sec mute,600sec mute,boot,ban
5. No Harassment of ANY kind!- ban
6. No asking for GM, editing, or special icons!(Unless it's Karma)- mute,boot,ban
7. No arguing with the GMs!- mute,boot,ban
8. No logging out with Dragon Balls!-warning,reset stats,ban
9. No stealing Sagas from anyone unless they leave, get killed by Sagas, ask for help with killing sagas!- boot,ban
10. No doing sagas immediately after finishing them. Immediately is within twenty minutes.- Cancelled sagas,boot,ban
11. No creating characters with DBZ/GT character names or Final Fantasy names. Changed name,ban
12. No afk training. death,boot,ban
13. No killing people below lvl 150. Boot,ban
14. Players must leave the spot under Yamcha and the spot immediately below that empty so new players can move when they join the game. In short, leave space for new players to move! death,boot,ban
15. No Rapid Ki Blasting or Absorbing/Infecting NPCs, including Sagas. boot,ban

GM Rules
1. No telling any secrets of the game. If you know something, and are unsure if it is a secret, then ask, if you don't then you still get punished even thought you didn't know- loss of stats/techs,ban
2. No abusing GM powers!- loss of gm
3. NO EDITING ANYONE, EVEN YOURSELF(Unless the person wants get a karma change if they want)- loss of GM, reset stats/deleted character
4. No arguing with higher level GMs!- loss of gm/ban
5. No GM except Bhaal and Azrael Kross may host tournaments, unless given other permission.- warning,demoted,loss of GM

Rules and their punishments may be changed at the discretion of Bhaal and Azrael Kross.

We're back at it!
The Game You Love is back up and running. Thanks to the hard work of myself, Bhaal, and Pem for the updates, Celestial is ready to be played once again. So go and enjoy!
