[Added new themes for hosts to choose from to make their servers neat-o cool!]
[Added new Sky system to be used alongside themes for even better customization!]
[Added Icon Dispensers. Players can now create these objects which allows any person to download the icon used on the dispenser.]
[Improved the Clear Objects command for GMs.]
[Updated a few tiles.]

[Fixed(?) a bug in which players could get GM on any server and/or keep GM after being removed while offline.]
[Updated player save file type. All old files must be replaced.]
[Removed Chat Monitor from Hosts. It didn't work to begin with, but Hosts don't really need to be that sneaky.]

[Finally got us some 4.0 support.]
[Removed all official GMs (Except Gold Dean)]
[Hosts can now give players GM powers.]
[Fixed some of the IP-detecting issues.]
