Not bad, do something about the render though, don't just slap it on.
But apart from that, you've done pretty well o.o
(Borders will be nice aswell, just 1 pixel lines will do O:)

Overall it is pretty good but it needs work and it would of been better not to write down sample and should of wrote down something like YondaimeA with a bigger font
