Demonspree ever thought of it... They haven't exactly totally released it as a PvP yet so they can do whatever they feel like doing. They could even add in an 8-bit barney if they wanted. Also a lot of games have Singleplayer and Multiplayer modes so Hmm... Maybe there's a plan. (Oh hey that's not actually such a bad idea... Make a singleplayer mode where people fight bosses to unlock new characters for the multiplayer)

Boss is an Event held, NPCs or Player-NPCs could be created, and defeating a Boss gives the winning player points to unlocking certain charas (usually main charas in a series compared to series Main bosses), or so the general idea is.
We do plan for other events as well which will be held when a 80 or 90% majority of active players agree for it, only to be hosted by the owners (to prevent certain MMW incidents). Ideas will vary from a "King of the Hill", to "Base Defense" to "Team Capture the Flag" and the sort, albeit me and Fug will need to discuss it.
