These games have been removed due to being unplayable. If you are the author of one of these games, please feel free to resubmit it once it meets the new guidelines.

Thankfully, my 3-week warning did manage to spur some developers into saving their hubs:

Dridley.BistaruumonDensetsu (was live as I was making my list)
MdNight.MonkeyFrenzy (host files re-uploaded)

Hurray! All of that work and two entries were saved! Oh well, at least no one can argue that I didn't give the rest of 'em a chance ;)

(Also, I'm still holding the "Save-a-game" drive for some of the BYOND Classics that are no longer playable! Head over to the forums if you want to help and have some host files lying around!)

So this concludes the BYOND Action Game List Cleanup Operation (codename: BAGLCO). Enjoy your new games list, I hear it smells* like Spring!

*but don't breath too deeply, the air freshener I used may contain trace particles of lead!

And I'm not sure how I feel about being called a grunt

#12 Flame Guardian:

Yeah, I can't contact the only guy who had some of my sources. And many people had host files to some of my games but I can't seem to get any! If anyone has host files to any of my games it'd be greatly appreciated if I could have them!

No, you can't. It would cost a lot to get the licensing to use MP3s, so they figure that you can use free alternatives, like .ogg.

If they are WAV files, then yes, they would cause a problem.

I looked into it, I don't think 3 songs from CoD5 would really cause that much of a problem. I'm going to my sisters this weekend so i'll upload a new version with the map size reduced.

Huh, strange. It looks like if the BYOND client gets an error, but the host files are already on your computer, it just opens those :/

Thanks for the report!

error: unzip failed!

Oh, and Magicbeast... why is your game 96 megabytes? Most BYOND games are 1-2 MBs tops. The only possible explanation is that you included some ridiculously large, unnecessary sound files.

Right! I forgot that you fixed it a while ago. Well, 3/44 isn't so bad.
