Pixel Artists, Help.

So I'm still trying to get the hang of Pixel Art.

I've been having trouble with plenty things, So figured the Pixel Artist would be nice enough to help me out.

The real trouble here is dithering and AA.

Dithering
My status on this is horrible, I don't know what Instance I shade or use dithering and it's made my Pixel Art a bit to tedious.

Anti Aliasing
As for my AA status, I don't really know. AA'ing is use to smooth things out right? If that is so then I'd use it to make techniques, example being the Spirit Bomb, seem more round. Am I hittin' a homerun there or what?

Thanks.

AA works with byond just fine.

As for dither, it all depends on what you are trying to shade and how far you are trying to blend IMO.

give up on paint.net and learn to create with paint. Master the basics first, also you're probably not using many of the features it has.

Your a fucking retard.

Anyways, Riku get the hang of the basic's first, then move on to dither and AA.

What you want to be looking for is
- Drawing
- Color
- Light sourcing and shading

P.S. Paint is the only program you need for pixel art PerfectGoku.

That actually depends on the skill of the artist, as with most mediums used for art.
