Hello everyone, the Build A Space Game 2009 contest is now accepting team/individual registrations. If you're a team or individual that is competing in BASG 2009, you will need to register before you will be able to submit your entry when submissions are open.

Registering also has the added benefit of keeping up-to-date with the latest information regarding the contest, status updates and more.

So, jump over to the registration site and register!

You'll need a team name, an email address and to provide a name for your project and a brief description, as well as tell us what theme you're going with.

You can easily change this at a later date by resubmitting you registration.

IainPeregrine	This registration deal is kinda odd. By what date do we need to register, what is the deadline for changes to the team roster (both additions and dismissals), for team name changes, for modifications to the project's name / theme / description? I know I will be participating, but I don't have any details about a team or project yet.

AZA	You need to have registered by 15/12/2009. You need to submit your projects by 21/15/2009 and you may only change your registration details before the submission deadline - after which the entire database is locked. If you need to make any changes, there will be a special form going up next week for that.

D4RK3 54B3R	He's using international date format. For those of you who don't know what that is, the Registration deadline is Dec. 15th 2009 and Project Deadline is Dec. 21st 2009 On another note, my team will not be able to register until tomorrow.

Troy1121	I might just be able to participate this year! I sent my/our registration form, I'll try to complete my game and work on it till the last second. I'm also thinking of my game name so, I might submit my app. later or tomorrow.

Fugsnarf	I don't want it to be so official. I was planning on being a little more laxed with this and it being more of a spare time thing. If I finished it, I'd submit it.

Well, if D4RK3 54B3R's dates are right, then you have until 6 days before the end of the contest to decide whether or not you want to commit. So you can be as casual with the development as you want :P
