On Friday, you probably didn't know this, but the number of likely (I say likely, because sometimes they are retracted) Planets outside of our own Solar System that we have actually discovered hit 500 for the first time.

I had intended, anticipating this since the number was stuck on 496-497 for awhile to update Dreamland again to expand on the Solar System demo, this time with a bit more. I have to admit that I'm a little behind, as its not quite ready so no release tonight.

A pretty rotating map of the Universe is of course not really the purpose of Dreamland, but it is a side project of mine along the way, and will be necessary for several Scenario games I have planned when gameplay is available.

My current status is that all the moons in the Solar System are now presented, along with a couple dozen other Solar Systems (largely only the Stars themselves, with only a small handful of exoplanets between them). I've also been working on timeframes, allowing you to see a rough idea of speed based on many settings, starting from 1 game year per second, right down to 1 minute per second (second for second seems to be a bit buggy right now).

The only other potential feature is that actual maps of some planets and moons may also be available at the point of release. These will probably only include the Earth and its Moon, and will probably be smaller maps than intended. It will also be flat for the time being, although it is my sincere intention to make it so the isometric capability is used to present elevation in some way in the future.

This update may be available tomorrow, at earliest. You can see roughly how much I have in the game by checking out the Dreamland wiki here:
