Ok, so I've had another chance to code today. This is what I've got done:

The 3 new buildings are now in, and working as far as I can tell. The new army code, limiting how many soldiers you can recruit at one time has also been implemented and working as desired. Also, the thing about defence buildings possibility of surviving has been included.

On top of this, the building help now includes the money, wood and power costs, which should be quite helpful. This might also make me review the current costs of buildings.

The popularity scale will most likely be changed before the next update, including Recycling centres and GM farms into the fold (former having a positive effect, latter having a negative effect). I'm also considering whether I should make it effect your resource intake, in order to actually give a negative effect for having low popularity.

This would also help me with another issue I wish to create: Decisions. My first intended use of this new system would be issuing a Draft. With the new army system, the pooling might be too slow for warmongers and those desperately trying to defend themselves, so inacting conscription will help get the bodies you need to revitalise or build up your armies. This will have a negative effect over time, and slowly be removed as it is taken back off.

Other than that, finishing the tutorial is really the only things immediately on my mind before release. Finally, I could be hosting Wargames again as early as 2 weeks. We shall see.
