When the save server comes back up, expect AlexisOnFire aka Fata aka the guy who always posts s**t against me and yet plays my f***ing game all the time, will be banned permanently, IP, Key etc. If you like my game and my contributions, dont take the side of this t**t Cybork and paint me out to be an abusive person. Fata, you little pink c**t, i plan on completly barring you from anything related to me in the near future forever. I cannot stand your sort of hypocritical back stabbing. Dont defend this s**t, the type of bulls**t slandered against me at the worst possible times will never be forgiven. Ever. His account will be banned forever and i find out he got a new key or IP, then ill be banning that too. Using kobatas system of course which will then ban anybody stupid enough to use his key.

This statement solely constitutes my opinion on the matter, and while it might reflect the opinion of many, I cannot guarantee whether it does or doesn't.
The way I see it is that whenever you're being assigned as a representative, whatever you do reflects on what you represent, no matter whether you're off-duty or not, no matter if you're doing that outside the scope of the entity you represent or not. Your actions follow you, like it or not.
Granted, Masterdan can do absolutely whatever the hell he wants on his forums. That cannot be argued in any way possible. However, higher-ups in the Anime guild can also do whatever they feel suitable for the guild, should they feel that Masterdan's action is tarnishing the guild's reputation or not. And as actions follow the actor, chances are they will do something about this.
See, it's all a matter of PR. And someone who does not grasp this cannot hope in any way to be a successful representative. Someone who thinks "They cannot blame me for what I do outside of the guild" MUST be given a reality check.
Take the Clinton-Lewinsky case, for instance. Bill Clinton was the president of the US. He was the person representing the American people on this planet. This guy gets into a sexual scandal. One could argue that his private life should not have any impact on his public life. However, we all know what happenned: he got pretty damn close from being given Das Boot from the White House, and his credibility took a huge hit as a result.
Take any higher-up from companies/political parties who get caught in activities viewed as unacceptable by society. What do they do a few days after the incident? THEY QUIT! Why? Because they KNOW that they won't be able to clear the blemish they put on whatever entity they represent.
So let's look at the situation just now:
- Dan's stuck in a situation in which many claim that he ordered shit to be caused to What's-This-Game's-Face.
- The only defense we see from Dan is offense (as per Dianetics) towards whoever presents those arguments.
- There also is evidence on his own forums of his less-than-commendable behaviour. While the last point solely concerns Dan, it does not make him look that good in this whole portrait nevertheless.
If I was an admin of the Guild (in b4 "BUT UR NOT!!!"), I certainly would question having a person that has such a heavy reputation that follows him in my team. It doesn't matter whose fault it is, you can never be too sure with people nowadays.

Lol i was going to go to that cyborks game in the midst of the spamming to try to talk things out before they got worse but i got banned before i got onto the game to say anything and the community basically chose to Spam that game on there own before dan even got into the topic. as for my waterherofata i will miss you =/

If he retains his position, he wont be given any leeway should he mess up in the future, I dare say.
If he is stripped of his power, then someone else will be placed. Probably someone impartial to BYOND Anime. That way there is no side taking and a clam overlook by a non-involved party.
The higher ups are also considering placing some of BYOND's current forum moderators as moderators for BYOND Anime to help keep the peace in the manor of time-trained professionals.
That's all I know on what's going on at the moment. And that should be enough for you all to accept. Further discussion and arguments on this topic is pretty pointless.
