Membership Transfer in Feature Requests

Not Feasible
This would introduce too many headaches for us. It's cheap for a reason.

Implementing this feature is not possible now or in the foreseeable future
Well the whole thing is very self-explanatory. Don't you think it would be awesome to switch you membership to another key? I know many people who wish they could have a membership on Key A instead of Key B.

I hope the BYOND Admins or whoever take this idea into consideration.

Noobtards around here share accounts like candy. They would transfer memberships around and then other people would cry about their memberships being stolen.
People make fraudulent payments, BYOND would have to track who to remove the memberships from if they were transferable, not that BYOND seems to enforce any sort of punishment for scam payments...
If anything, it would lead to BYOND selling less memberships, which obviously isn't a good decision for them to make.
If you could move memberships multiple times, this would be even more of an issue. There are some features that only need a temporary membership, and users could just pass memberships back and forth to take advantage of such systems.
Basically, there are no reasons that this change would be beneficial for BYOND, and plenty of reasons against it.

well I was thinking there should be some kind of security/password system of some type, and of course it should be limited to a certain amount of times. Maybe once, or once every now and then or so....
