why i dont have a Give Clan Verb also i cant give a S Rank Jutsu

You have to activate it. You can find the verb in your staffing tab when you host a server, or if you have Headmin privileges.

For somereason when I try to host,I press make new and I press Konoha,some tag comes up and says Sorry Konoha is not implanted at this time..Same goes for other villages :O
