New Purchase

So I recently purchased a new scooter. It rules. It's street legal with its 50cc engine, and it's gas-powered with about 50-80 miles/gallon with a 1 gallon tank. I love it. I had to buy a new battery for it though (Yay $100 batteries!) so the thing cost me about $1119.35 in total.

I used to cruise around on an old Vespa Scooter. Those things are great, they drive forever on virtually no gas.

No, they are not off-road vehicles, and no, I didn't listen when I was told that because off-road on a scooter is fun and funny.

I never once crashed it, however one of my aunts did manage to drive it into a wood pile. Unlike dirt bikes, when you let go of the throttle, it doesn't stop, you have to manually move the throttle back. She didn't know this, and as she was driving, she got scared and started going faster.

Oh, the scooter I had was from the 70s, it was that badass.

Wow, in my part of the country you would be pointed and laughed at(and possibly run over). Good thing you don't live around here.

What's the top end on that?

You've completed the transition into geekdom. Please allow UPS 3-5 days to ship you your complementary copy of J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings hardback, duct tape, and neutrogena.
