I think as far as this meeting goes, we're looking at:
Progress on Actions As it stands we've completed 8 out of 15. I suspect some are longer term, however we will clarify any missing information needed for those, and perhaps assign some actions to particular judges.
Policy on Copyright Enforcement As put forward by Vic Rattlehead, we will discuss the guild's policy on enforcing copyright and in particular handling subscriptions and donations for games of that nature. I think an important note is that we need a decision on how to handle this and where we draw the line, so please keep that in mind when discussing.
Game Quality Review and Removal As I'm sure you'll have noticed, I have (with help) informally reviewed and pruned some DBZ games as a test of process and spot-check of our listings. Sweep puts forward a good point about the need for a more formal process of notification about this. I would also like to be able to allocate this to some judges (hey, there's 15 of you now). So we'll discuss how to go about doing this, and any site requirements.
Game Framework This is in the actions list, but I want us to discuss how to start this project.
Marketing Sources I would like to collect some ideas on how we intend to market BYOND Anime outside of BYOND. Some of these may require other tasks to be completed first, but some discussion would none-the-less be good.
Contest I have an idea for a contest that should benefit us, I'd mostly like to clear that with everyone and ask for some assistence in some parts of it.
Any other business Got a couple of points to address, but they are too small for be agenda items, so we'll discuss them here.
Any more points? Post here. |
