Added a blog comment box for Event-Only purposes. Please post any events here you may know about if they pertain to an anime-based game (These may include games outside of the guild as long as they are anime-based).

These include and are not limited to: Tournaments, beta testing events, wars, tests, in-game contests, hide and seek events, GM Events, big in-game announcements such as kage/captain elections, anime-based guild competitions and more.

The format should be something like:

Event: Chuunin exam
Game: Naruto WOTS
Time: 9:00PM EST
link: byond://whatever

You may re-post your event ad after 5 messages, duplicates will be deleted even if posted by seperate members.
Any comments unrelated to events will be removed, if this is abused, the person abusing it may be warned/banned temporarily orpermanently depending on the offense and # of times committed..

DragonballZ: Unstoppable Power Review

DragonballZ: Unstoppable Power by ZX and Elliot

In the past, BYOND's dragonball games have been notorious for sticking to a strict guideline. This wasn't the case in 2004, when a little known game called DragonballZ: Unstoppable Power was released. The game featured a budokai-like style, complete custom artwork, and many smaller details. There are little things in this game that seem to stick out the most, from a character being knocked back when attacked, to his reflection being seen while flying above the water, making it an excellent game considering how old it is. The game has recently been revived(as of May 16th) due to the owner finding the old host files again, and development may be continued.

The game itself is based on the Dragonball Z Budokai series; players choose a character from the Dragonball Z universe rather than design their own custom ones, and must master the moves of that particular character.

You gain experience due to constant fighting, there are several arenas that are show-relevant as well to fight in, such as the cell games arena and hyperbolic time chamber.

There are several different types of attacks and transformations in the game, all staying relevant to the series. The game also doesn't require you to hit a bag, just constant fighting. The game is VERY old and hasn't been updated in quite some time, so it may be riddled with small errors, as well as some unbalanced attacks. In my opinion, it's worth trying out.

Lol I remember trying this game out and I was simply amazed at seeing a game with such originality. I offered to program in-game about a few months ago, but I got no response so I let it go. Hope the game goes far.
