First of all, please avoid posting in threads that have no relevance to your problem, but instead create a new thread.
Now as for your problem. If you uninstalled BYOND, you reinstall it the very same way you installed it the first time, by downloading the latest stable release and executing the setup wizard as account with administrative privileges.
