We'll admit it: the "locksmith" isn't perfect. We don't just allow people to create an unlimited number of accounts because we've had trouble with such users spamming games. On the other hand, occasionally people can use an extra account for testing and such.

You should be able to create up to five accounts per email address, but we've had bug reports saying that this is not always the case. We've also introduced a time delay so that you can't just create a bunch of keys at once (that may be the source of the error message). It's all very complicated, so we'll summarize with the following:

• Please only create as few keys as you need. One is usually enough!
• If you need an extra key and are getting the above errors, try registering your new key with a different email address (a free Hotmail or Yahoo one will do). That usually works. You may need to wait a few hours between creating keys, due to the aforementioned time delay.

And if you get a message about a $5 fee, ignore it. That's outdated.
