I would like some sort of bandwidth monitor variables. Similar to world.cpu. Something like world.net_in & world.net_out. In bytes/tick.

To expand on this maybe something relating to each client, to find out if there's just one person attempting to hog all the bandwidth. So we can kill em off. :3
