Yes! California has officially lost its homosexual vibe, by the majority of people voting yes on 8, though still California probably has the most gay people in it in the world, its still homophobic and I love it!

Even if people died when they had two kids, that would still be population rise. Most people have two or more children (usually two or three), so the population rises. If everyone had only one child, the population would eventually decline (two die, one is born). Of course, this would end up being periodic, for example, every fifty years it would be put in place or removed to keep the population relatively stable.

It wouldn't have any major effects on overpopulation, though. The only smart way of limiting the population would be adopting a not-as-strict-as-China one child rule (it would be smart in the long run, the population is projected to reach 9 billion by either 2050 or 2100).

About sexual harassment to kids by the same sex, its numbers have actually grown here.
I speak from my locations stand point and what has been reported in news papers and such and "Rumours" along with my i know probably bad theorys
