how do i make a megaman type battle system? in Developer Help

Step 1: Learn to program.
Step 2: Plan it out.
Step 3: Program it.

Other than that, you're going to have to be a heck of a lot more specific. And I really hope this isn't a masked "Will someone make a megaman type battle system for me?" post.
