That is what you will see when you installed BYOND on your computer. However there is something lacking in that message

Launch BYOND now

The "Launch BYOND now" is a link for you too launch the BYOND exe from your computer.
Probably should have the word "to" in "Welcome BYOND"...

I think 'Welcome BYOND' intends to be a "wordplay" as in 'Welcome B(e)YOND', thus I figured the 'to' would have been left out on purpose.
I might be wrong though.

Maybe it could say "Welcome to the BYOND" then.

I also agree with this suggestion somewhat, if not on the program's installation windows somewhere, then at least on the welcome page. After shutting it all down to update; you have to manually start it up again, kind of a pain.
