I probably should know this by now, however... Is it at all possible to delete colors from your custom palette (thus getting rid of any drawings using that color)? If not, is there a way to change all unneeded palettes to the transparency color so that it doesn't exist?

What I'm trying to accomplish is... cutting out the eyes on my base model. I'd rather not cut each frame as I'm growing increasingly tired from that method. Thanks.
