Computer Problem
This started happening yesterday morning. All of a sudden my computer starts randomly shutting down(maybe like 5, 30, or 60 minutes after I turn it on) because of "overheating". So far I haven't figured out what is wrong with it. Later tonight I am going to open it up and see if anything is wrong, maybe the fan broke or something, who knows. Anyone have any ideas what is wrong? or maybe some suggestions to what I can do to fix it?

I am not sure if this'll help, though how about water cooling, I have never had it before though I don't think it has a fan, and it just pumps water around cooling everything.
Then again I am not entirely sure since I have never had it though I wish to.

I opened it up, cleaned out most of the dust, and I hooked all the wires back up and turned on the computer. One of the two fans doesn't work, the bigger one too >_>. Time to search online to see how much this should cost.

Use the can of air to just spray every thing out and let the dust fall to the bottom of the PC, pick it out after that.
Also, you don't need to go to a lol "pro" to replace a powersupply. Dbar910 is such a tool.

Your CPU heat sink is probably clogged with dusk. Open up your computer and blow it out with canned-air or an air compressor, that works pretty good. A vacuum will work if you're desperate, just don't touch anything. :)
There's a nice little system info tool called AIDA32 to find out your CPU temperate. If your computer is idling above like 55-60C, you've got problems. Ideally it should not go above 45C at idle.
Also have it run while open to make sure all your fans are functioning properly.

Use a minifan and keep it next to the vent. Eventually it'll stop. Happened to my computer.

If you haven't cleaned it in a while, or ever, dust is likely the problem. You'll want to buy a can of condensed air for cleaning. You can easily google proper instructions on how to do this.
Aside from that, it is possible the fan broke. Otherwise, if the room your computer is in is a hot room, it's likely the summer heat.
If the computer is a laptop, make sure you put it on a hard surface like a table and not on top of a bed or your lap, as this can cover the cooling vents and cause overheating.
As always, google is your friend.

Yeah my fan used to make my Laptop over heat because it wasn't working.
I took it in and got it fixed, and it worked like new.

maybe leave it off for like a day or couple hours and check it out cuz it may actually be overheating
