Okay so, A long long time ago in a galaxy far far away I bought Ben H.'s book. But I was too much of a wimp to take apart any of my game systems to make them portable. Well not anymore! I recently purchased a NOAC (Nintendo on a chip) called the "Super Joy 3" I have managed to fit this into an NES controller. I call it the "Noobish Entertainment System Portable!" All I need to do is wire in an adapter I made so the famicom cardridge reader can read NES cartridges, add a battery pack, and finally, the hardest part, Make a flip down screen. Im not exactly sure what sized screen to get. If its too small it will be hard to play on but if its too big then it will make the handheld look like crap. Any suggestions for a cheap backlit screen that is about the size of an NES controller? Also, does anyone know anything about LED lighting, I have no clue how to do this but I want to put a light on it that turns on when the console turns on. I'll take pictures and post them later next week perhaps, if its done (And it works)Thanks.
