Alright, first, I'm going to explain what this is. It's a single player horror game I am making here on Byond. (But you already knew that last part.) It's gameplay shall be reminiscent of Ib and Corpse party, should you have heard of or played either of those games. It's gameplay will lean more towards Ib. It's name shall be Kyosu, which means "Imagination" in Japanese. (Cus it sounds cool, even if the game completely lacks anything Asian in it, let alone Japanese. XD I'd like to thank google translate.)
My plan though isn't too directly copy the styles of gameplay, and hopefully include a few semi to fully original game mechanics that will hopefully make it more interesting.
I have a pretty good idea of where I wish to go with the story, and I have a pretty basic summary which I will attach to the end of this post. (It'll be relatively spoiler free.)
Very first thing you will see when you open the game as of now
So far the art is pretty much nothing, as I can't draw. The way I want to do it is get at least halfway through the game, to show that I'm serious to both myself, and someone with iconning skills.

Summary:
The story follows a girl named Emily, who is generally a quiet and reserved girl who enjoys writing, and is very good at it, given her very creative mind. When she was younger she had an imaginary friend whom she would play with very often. Slowly over time her parents made her play less and less with him.
Later in her life, (17-18ish) this imaginary friend comes back to haunt her. (*Cheap, generic, ghostly noises play in the background*) The reason being that when Emily stopped playing with him, he felt abandoned by her, and he was angry. The reason he can do this is indeed planned out, but... spoilers! (If you wish to hear, contact me over something or other with Byond and I'll tell you. I'm open to criticisms, long as their constructive!)
