Dragging into Hotkeys in Developer Help

Hi i have a question how to drag spells in huds making macros can someone pls help me out with this or make a demo for me?

Er, I still do not understand what you are trying to attempt.

Taking your post literally, you already answered your own question about how to drag something. Are you trying to ask to swap/set spells/items when released?
