Byond Login Problem

I've been having a problem as of recent will actaully its been about 3 months now. Every time i try to join a live game a window opens up like usual saying "launching game" but it dosnt move beyond that it just stays there i had this problem once before but it was fixed on the debut of the new byond version when they changed how you logged into games but now its back and ive tried just about everything like uninstalling and installing i cant figure out how to fix it dose any one know how to help me?
