Our graphic artist Spring made this banner, comment on it and point out how he can improve it if it needs improvement!
Its fine, although the text seems slightly off-center.
Yep, the text needs to be centered better. It looks alright though, maybe it could use something more attention-drawing to the eye. I like it.
The uncentered text doesn't really bother me. I like it. I have no idea what it's supposed to be though.
Looks pretty clean.

Hey, it doesn't have some Anime guy in the background! A+!

Non-centered text doesn't bother me, but it is a little weird when it's so close to being centered. I would either center it, or move it much closer to the left edge (a nudge of 24 pixels should be good). This would also give the star's arcing lines more room to form a good bow shape. As it is now, it isn't immediately apparent that the star/arc is the central graphical element. You could probably heighten the effect by moving the center of the star burst further to the left so that the arc "reads" along with the text, instead of being "slapped" (centered) on it.

My only problem with the design are whatever those wiggly cords are. They're symmetric horizontally, but the rest of the image is neither symmetric nor centered. Even more importantly, though, they have the same visual priority as the text and the star. To make the text and star more prominent, you need to move the wiggles into the background by reducing the contrast between them and the background (they shouldn't be so white).

Remember this guiding rule when asking for criticism: The more someone can say about your design the more you know you're on the right track.

Thanks for the reply, I'll try to improve it.
