DMI delete crash in Bug Reports

Descriptive Problem Summary:
When deleting an icon file, It will occasionally crash DM
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Open the icon editor in dm
Do an unknown action or actions
Delete the dmi


Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often?
Once in a long while
Additional info:
I have a picture http://i54.tinypic.com/34ralpl.png
Note how the icon editor is still open after the icon was deleted. Also note how the icons name is still in the title bar.

Just FYI, when you upload an image on the Web you should never ever use .bmp; use .png or .jpg instead.

Switched it to a png.

I tried deleting an icon file while it was open but had no issues. I'm gonna need a solid set of steps to follow to find this one.
