You sure can. The way that would look the nicest would probably be to open a movie file in a popup browser. However, you can also do it in the map view if you want to go to the effort.
If you just want to scroll around an area, you can put a highly detailed area on the map and scroll across it. Alternatively, if you want an actual movie-like thing, you can do it with dmi files. They support up to 99 frames, and at 10fps that gets you 10 seconds worth. Just continually flick() what you want.
