Damage shows ontop in Developer Help

I've been looking for a demo or library so I could get a idea on how to do this but I can't find one.Anyone know where on is?

(PS:Besdies the ground hog one.)

Not exactly sure what you're asking here. Are you wanting the numbers that pop up showing the damage, or something to display locational damage (like blown up arms, legs, etc.)?
