Is there any way I can get Dream Maker to show line numbers? I know it is probably a basic feature I am overlooking, but right now I am going through all sorts of idiotic processes to find out line numbers on my own

Also note that you can double-click on errors in the output box to jump to the corresponding line. I think that pretty much alleviates the need for a line # display, but it's not really a big problem to add that in if it's widely requested.

Thank you both, I don't think adding the feature would be much more helpful than this

Line numbers would be useful to have as one of those features that people could take for granted; it's there, and it's useful, but it isn't something that you would ordinarily praise as innovative. It isn't imperative by any means.

But, you should definitely add the information about Ctrl+G and whack-an-error into Dream Maker's help.

Actually, it's a basic feature Dan and Tom are overlooking. :) No offense intended, guys... but it would be handy.

I think it would be handy just because of the way I absorb information. It would make it easier to navigate large files. And, if it wouldn't take much to add it in... well, it certainly won't detract from the program in any way.

As long as it's optional so I don't have to tear my eyes out.
