Pretty much, I've been keeping the schedule in my head but I figured I should write it down somewhere. Why not share it with you guys as well?
GSDC2010 FrostBurn Schedule (Progress as of 5/11/2010):
Week 1: Develop Nexus System [COMPLETED]
Week 2: Do initial graphics (early game units and buildings, basic terrain) [UNDERWAY].
Implement core systems and other framework. Design factions' tech/progression trees [COMPLETED].
Get communications with Nexus working and complete interface [UNDERWAY].
Build map "Forgotten Temple", 2 - 4 players.
Week 3: Begin Closed Beta testing and continue working on graphics and early-game/mid-game units and buildings.
Obtain sound effects.
Week 4: Continue Closed Beta testing.
Should be working on mid-game/end-game units and buildings by this point.
Build map "Desolation", 2 - 8 players.
Week 4.5: Begin Open Beta testing.
Remaining Development will have an emphasis on balance and user-friendliness.
Reset all player stats by the GSDC deadline.
Thus far, I am on schedule, but not ahead of it.
There's a lot of graphics work for me to get done, so it's not particularly easy to race ahead of my schedule. I'm actually expecting to fall behind schedule at this point, but we shall see.
