But i've been browsing and can't figure it out.

How would I use a .dmi file as a font for maptext?
That's possible? I always thought you had to use the old fashioned screen-text which is much more of a pain so I just stuck with using maptext. If this is possible I'd like to know the answer as well, this would be a good plus as having your own game font would be superb

I don't think you can apply a dmi to maptext. You can change your font face using the font tag, but other than that your limited to what types of fonts you have. You can find free fonts through-out the web, and I believe by altering settings you can create a border look around you text. That's about all I know on this topic.
Meh. Alright, thanks. I thought I remembered a topic where this got solved before and just couldn't find it. Oh well.
