New Game - Avatar: Elemental Union

I'm starting development on a new game, based on Nickelodeon's Avatar the Last Airbender. I'm hiring iconners, mappers, and programmers to help out. And by hiring, I actually mean hiring, as in I will compensate you financially for good work.

RPvP, I started doing some work on the stat, skill, and profession system today.

EDIT: There will be "dungeons", quests, bosses, raiding, loot, etc. It won't be purely PvP. Hopefully with a good crafting system to encourage economy building.

Hopefully that (extremely) valuable little quote will help prevent you from discontinuing your game. Instead of, "There WILL be", I like to say, "Well, it would be neat if we had.."

Anyway, the avatar will be chosen random? Will a year system be in? Cause its been 100 year since Aangs journey to Korra's and many technological inventions have been added. Will all the shows avatars still be in?

The current plans are:

The game is only based on ATLA so, Yes, the Avatar will be chosen at random. However, due to the nature of these games it is, more or less, unfair for there to exist only one Avatar. So every player has a TINY chance of becoming an Avatar upon character creation. However, they won't know if they are an Avatar until further into their gameplay.

Yes, there will be a time system of sorts. The game will begin in an "Aang-like" Era, and eventually, a version update to the game will move the game into the Korra era. Hopefully introducing larger cities, technologies, and pro-bending.

A few Avatar's will be included for players to interact with, at the very least, Avatar Roku, Avatar Kyoshi, Avatar Yangchen, and Avatar Kuruk.

Will there be a mount system like Appa or Naga? And a companionship (That can like pick up loot etc) such as Momo or Pabu.

There are no current plans for animal companions of any sort. However, I like the idea and may implement it in the future.
