Well, E+C+B... E+B is C, so its more like C*2. So E+B = 4, and C is 4. So E could be 1,2, or 3 and the same for B. But, if B is 1, A is 5, and so on. The possibilities are infinite, but they request one solution. They are incorrect, and should be damned to hell.

Edit: Damn, I figured it out. I didn't read the instructions all the way. Damn you, internets!
