The Phantom has to come out before any other console. No other consoles are allowed to exist before that.

I didn't have a lot or promise, all it was, was a crappy computer that downloaded games from a service.
You had to use all their hardware, it didn't even have a CD-Drive for god's sake.

"The Phantom" was a failed design that keeps being held back time and time again and the company as far as I have known has actully one brankrupt.
They have lost all their investors and are the biggest joke of the game industry.
