Crispy on Kotaku

While browsing Kotaku today I noticed a very familiar looking screenshot. It turns out Crispy is doing some awesome charity work to help out with bushfire relief.
So now thanks to Crispy you can rule the universe with an iron fist AND feel like a hero.

It's pretty much the same, but it has a slightly different layout, a few additional 'local news' items and a second comment section for Australian users.

I was wondering why I didn't see this (and when the heck did kotaku change their layout...), then I realized kotaku.co.au is much different from kotaku.com

It's interesting how Bushfires will ravage Victoria, yet at the roughly same time, floods will ravage Queensland. Australia is off to a fantastic year for natural disasters. I wonder when the volcano near Warrnambool is going to decide it's no longer dormant and erupt... (Then I'm in trouble...)

That aside. It seems a lot of people are banding together to help those in time of need. My mother was mentioning to me that people who suffered in the Queensland floods actually donated a portion of their government relief money to the various Victorian bushfire appeals.

Hehe, bushfire, that word always makes me laugh.

I'm surprised Crispy didn't publicize this on his BYOND blog yet, I guess he's too busy saving the koalas.
