Scroller Feature for Skins in Feature Requests

This feature has already been implemented, or is already achievable with existing methods.
It would be a really neat feature to have a skin window which was of a small size but could be much larger with the bar. It would be a great feature to have and would be useful. An example of this would be the bar on the right side of an internet page when you move down.

This already exists. To into any window in the interface editor. Edit the window itself. Options tab. Scrolling -> None, Horizontal, Vertical, or Both.
If you want to make this for controls, use a child control. in the child make the left or right the WINDOW that contains what you want to be scrollable.

But are you sure you can lock a window at a certain size while doing so? Can I have some giant window that is sized small and scrollable?
