I know of a lot of people have Myspaces(not me). You are probably wondering just from that first sentence...who doesn't have a myspace? Even my grandma has a myspace, a.k.a my bff Jill. Well you may think this is funny now but what you are about to read is the truth and nothing but the truth. Please read the full story before you comment or think to yourself(what an idiot this guy is) >.>
-------------------------------
It all started way back in the summer of 2002. Well during this time one a guy that you may all know to be oh so very well, Tom, was lurking around the states looking for the ideal soul mate. Everyone including his family and his neighbors all though it was cute and sweet. Well one day his dad heard him talking about his soul mate and he never expected to hear what he heard. To his surprise he beloved son Tom said to his friend, "I think I found a way to find the perfect guy for me." When he first heard this statement he was in denial and though nothing of it.
*1 year later*
A year later Tom had sent over 365 days working his idea to meet the perfect "soul mate". He developed his very own website called "Myspace.com" His idea was to make a website that other gay men could go to and chat with him online and leave him messages. When Tom first created this site he made sure that everyone knew that his site wasn't for everyone and only for gay men. Well for some reason people didn't get the message. So a ton more people joined the site and created there own pages about themselves to show everyone. People were a little curious as to why Tom showed up as their #1 friend on their friends lists. Little did people know Tom was at hard work looking for a "soul mate".
A few months went buy and more and more people began to join Myspace. Tom was beginning if people were reading his message about the site being for gay men meeting. Tom realized no one was reading it so he decided to put it on the front page in big bold letters. I AM GAY!!
A couple more months went by and there were more people signed up than even before, even a famous band called Britney Spears signed up to try and bring her fame out with her very own myspace page. Tom got really mad and went to go make his post about him being gay even bigger, but then he got another really good idea. He though to himself one night, "What if I made it so that this site was for everyone and anyone could join even famous people, then it would be even easier for me to find my "soul mate".
That very same week Tom went hard at work going to many site and forums advertising his site he had made up. It wasn't too long until everyone found out about the myspace and signed up to create their very own pages of pictures and text. In about a 2 years time Tom had gotten over 10 million people to make a myspace. All kinds of people have myspaces now to this day even. White people, Black people, Asian people, even those damn Korans have decided to join in on the gayness.
To this day people have never heard the real story behind myspace until now. And too this day, Tom still has not found his "soul mate".
*This story was written and based off Tom's actual ideas and life style.(Yes Tom is really gay)*
